Yunnan By Potomac’s mission is to share the peoples and cultures of Southwest China and Greater Washington, DC through contemporary Yunnan cuisine and a Chinese American perspective.

Yunnan is a province in southwest China with varied regional ingredients, flavors, and textures.
Mixian rice noodles are central to Yunnan By Potomac’s menu, served with broths, proteins, vegetables, and sauces.
